GWAR fans looking to see their new lineup (including Vulvatron, the singer Wondering Sound wrote about last month) in action should head straight to the A.V. Club clip below. Presented as part of the site’s “Undercover” series, it features a faithful rendering of the Pet Shop Boys single “West End Girls” and tacks on a heartfelt tribute to longtime frontman Dave “Orderus Urungus” Brockie: the Jim Carroll Band classic “People Who Died,” rounded out by new lyrics like “Dave died alone in his chair in his room/ He had just turned 50, it was way too soon.”
