SPIN is reporting that yesterday evening, Kanye West played the follow-up to Yeezus for a small group of people in his French fan base. West is currently touring the city of lights with his family to attend Paris Fashion Week. (Insert “Hurry up with my damn croissants,” joke here, etc.) And of all people, it was rapper Theophilus London who spilled the beans on the top secret listening party — with a caption on Instagram no less. Alongside a picture of the two artists, London wrote, “So shortly after this picture I Only remember kanye playing his new album 3 times in a dark room of 20 people last night and moshing drunk with mad babes haha. VIBES ALBUM RELEASE PARTY LATER TODAY.”

The two hip-hop artists collaborated on London’s track “Can’t Stop,” which was released in early September, and it appears as though their work didn’t stop there.

London also tweeted the following message, setting aside doubts that releasing the secret was anything other than intentional:

We have to assume that this was all done under the watchful and approving eye of Kanye, because who’d want to incur the type of wrath he’d spew forth if you dared to leak any information without express permission?

Be on the look out for a Beyoncé-style album drop. We’re certainly waiting for it.
