The absence of Jay Z in the artwork for Rick Ross‘s “Movin’ Bass” is no accident. The Magna Carta… Holy Grail mogul’s role on the Florida rap fabulist’s new Timbaland-helmed track is limited to oozing wised-up calm on the sing-song hook. He certainly doesn’t commit any unforced errors, though, and that leaves Rozay plenty of space to exult in his wealth and how it hasn’t slowed his, ahem, hustle. “Grammy nominated once, but I’m still movin’ bass,” Ross repeats, amid the album-teasing super-producer’s shadowy, static-cloaked low-end.

“Movin’ Bass” will appear on Ross’s new album Hood Billionaire, which Def Jam will release on November 24, only months after 2014′s Mastermind. Listen to a no-tags version below, via Miss Info, and pre-order the album (which also features R. Kelly, Snoop Dogg, Big K.R.I.T., Lil Boosie, Project Pat and K. Michelle) via iTunes.
