It's been a long time since we last heard from LA rapper Blu, but his latest single, "Amnesia," proves not much has changed. That's a good thing: Blu's relaxed, conversational rapping and hazy production were instantly charming and here, set against a looped snippet of dawdling jazz piano and matchless Billie Holiday vocals, he provides a promising glimpse of what's to come.
