A new chart benchmark belongs to no one but Nicki Minaj, ahem, only. The rap titan’s The Pinkprint single “Only” has climbed to No. 1 on Billboard‘s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. She has now earned more such No. 1s than any other female rapper since the chart began tracking a mix of sales and airplay 56 years ago.
Minaj dethrones Missy Elliott, who has topped the chart three times. Da Brat and Iggy Azalea each have two Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs No. 1s. Not a single other female rapper has earned the crown more than once.
“Only” features Lil Wayne, Drake and Chris Brown. It’s Wayne’s ninth No. 1 appearance on this chart, Drake’s 12th and Brown’s fifth. Minaj’s song reportedly scaled the chart on the strength of views for its December 12 video, which happily didn’t reprise the visual motifs of its lyric video.
