Neutral Milk Hotel and their mercurial leader Jeff Mangum are always ones to play their cards close to their vests. There have been the hiatuses, rumors of new music, and much more over the years, and the latest from the influential indie group is that their reunion tour is coming to a close in 2015 and, you never know, that could very well be it for the quartet.

“Dear friends we love you but it’s time to say goodbye for the never ending now to announce that spring 2015 will be our last tour for the foreseeable future and so we extend our deepest gratitude to all the beautiful people who came to see us over the last year,” the band wrote on its website.

The tour, full dates are below, begins April 14 in Greensboro, NC and ends June 11 in Petaluma, CA, so fans will have plenty of opportunities to see the group. There’s no indication that they will be adding any more dates, as the only other information on their site was this cryptic message.

“We’d also like to give thanks to ms. aurora borealis, father foam horse, and mr. valentich for there collaborative contributions to the ‘womb rume’ message that made its way onto this ear area only a few months ago, but from now on, all ciphers shall be sealed exclusively by the meister milk. Thank you.”

No, we have no clue what they’re talking about, outside of, “Thank you.”
