Gucci Mane, whose real name is Radric Davis, has plead guilty to aggravated assault stemming from an incident that occurred back in March. A warrant had been issued last week. The rapper hit a man in the head with a vodka bottle in an Atlanta nightclub, which resulted in ten stitches for the victim.

Mane received a three-year prison sentence and Prosecutor Yvette Jones has confirmed that it will be served concurrently with the 39-month sentence he received for a federal firearms charge back in August.

Gucci Mane was also arrested back in 2011 on a misdemeanor battery charge for pushing a woman out of a moving car.

During that same period in 2011, Mane was also charged with violating his probation after he had served a six months in jail. The violations stemmed from a 2010 raid on Waka Flocka Flame’s home, where Mane was removed in handcuffs, and an instance where he was driving erratically.

There has been no official statement from the rapper himself in regards to today’s events.
