The record industry’s annual gala of clumsy self-congratulation is almost here, so it must be time to find out who will present the awards. The list ranges from living legends and current nominees to a handful of actors.
Speaking from the Grammys stage along with host L.L. Cool J will be such longtime music luminaries as Stevie Wonder, Smokey Robinson, Nile Rodgers, Barry Gibb, Dave Grohl and Enrique Iglesias. Others from the music world presenting awards include Nicki Minaj, Taylor Swift, the Weeknd, Miley Cyrus, Nick Jonas, Meghan Trainor, Keith Urban and Pentatonix. Among others on the lineup are Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Hudson, Gwyneth Paltrow, Anna Kendrick, Shia LaBeouf and Katharine McPhee.
The 57th annual Grammy Awards take place on Sunday, February 8, at 8 p.m. EST. Last year’s never-ending programming included Madonna officiating a wedding, Ringo Starr singing and French robots conquering Macklemore. Also, Beyoncé. This year holds in store another performance from Beyoncé, this time singing a hallowed gospel standard before Common and John Legend’s “Glory,” plus music from the likes of Kanye West, Beck, Madonna, AC/DC, Miranda Lambert and Super Bowl halftimer Katy Perry.
In the meantime, here are Queen Bey’s full (presented without comment) Fifty Shades of Grey versions of “Crazy in Love” and “Haunted.”
