Thom Yorke used BitTorrent to release his surprise album Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes earlier this year and now it looks like other artists are following suit. When he’s not getting into altercations with Lorde, it seems like Diplo decided to use the file-transfer technology to celebrate the 10th anniversary of his album Florida.

There’s several options available on BitTorrent. If you don’t wish to put any money towards the purchase, you can download the standard files which include; an unreleased Eprom remix of “Big Lost,” the stems for “Into the Sun,” a message from the artist, miscellaneous art and emails that Diplo sent to his label. If you want to listen to Florida in its entirety, then you can download the original 11 tracks via the premium files for $5.

Big Dada still plans to release an expanded Black Friday version of the album on November 28; with five previously unreleased tracks, including “As I Lay Dying.”

Don’t forget to check out Marc Hogan’s interview with BitTorrent’s Chief Content Officer Matt Mason, regarding the success of the service.
