In mid-September, Big Sean dropped four surprise tracks late on a Friday afternoon and followed up their release with a video for “Paradise.” Today he released the video for “I Don’t Fuck With You” via his Big Sean Official App on iTunes, allowing his fans to have exclusive access for several hours before it appeared on Vevo. (The app also contained an “IDFWU” photo editor and ad libs.)

In the video, Big Sean stars as high school football player under pressure. He’s about to lose the big game and let down his fans, all because a woman on the sidelines is wearing the wrong team colors.

But the rapper uses the song as a rally cry to boost his teammates’ spirits and Coach Kanye West steps in to offer one word of advice. E-40 makes an appearance as the game’s announcer, while DJ Mustard joins Sean on the field as a fellow player.

The video is directed by Lawrence Lamont, who Big Sean thanked profusely via Instagram today:

Finally Famous is a unique crew. We are full of musicians, writers, producers and thinkers. My Finally Famous bro Lawrence Lamont is a excellent screen writer/ director who i believe in. This is his first major video he's done and it's one of my favorites I've ever done as well. Congrats to my brother @lawrencelamont. We came a long way! #Detroit made us! #IDFWU #FFOE

While Big Sean has not made an official album announcement, he has been forthcoming about his work in the studio this year. With the release of four new tracks and two videos to accompany the songs, it’s expected that we’ll see more of him sooner rather than later.
